  We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Site Administrators to work with some of our leading Mining and Construction clients over various sites throughout Regional WA, on Perth based and FIFO rosters.
  

  The Role

  Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:

  * Scanning high volumes of information
  * Managing rosters
  * Flight and accommodation booking
  * Commercial travel bookings
  * Site notices
  * Raising and receipting PR/PO's
  * Various administrative tasks
  * PPE orders
  * Supporting the wider sites with coverage of other department administrators.
  * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  * Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
  * SAP knowledge
  * Data entry from a variety of information sources
  * Diary management, meeting bookings and minute taking
  * Outlook emails

  Experience Required

  * Minimum 18 months experience in an administration role working for construction or mining companies in Australia
  * Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
  * Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
  * Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
  * C class driver's licence
  * Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  * SAP experience (preferable but not essential)
  * Manage cloud based systems MS Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Intranet, Citrix
  * Video conferencing
  * Excellent verbal and written communication
  * Organised and able to meet deadlines
  * Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
