    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Management Services with a demonstrated track record delivering on a multidisciplinary portfolio of projects that encompasses; professional services consulting, asset maintenance, construction refurbishment or fit-out.


    This opportunity will allow you to manage multiple facilities, WHS and compliance of a portfolio of owned and leased assets to support the property asset management team to meet organisational objectives.

    • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management or Facilities Management
    • Strong track record in a similar role in a Facilities Coordination role
    • Demonstrated ability in collaboratively partnering with various internal & external stakeholders
    • Strong ability to oversee project delivery teams throughout all stages of project lifecycle
    • Demonstrated analytical and/or strategic ability which delivers innovative solutions to client need
