Facilities Coordinator, Government Projects job availability


    Our Business Partner, a Professional Services provider, is currently seeking for a Facilities Coordinator who may be ready to take their next step up in their career to be responsible for the strategic oversight of a Government facility in Parramatta. This role is full-time ongoing contract with some travel required around Parramatta, Hurstville and Sydney CBD.

    This opportunity will allow you to take ownership of all planned and preventative maintenance work on your allocated asset relating to general building maintenance, HVAC and electrical works.

    Key responsibilities include;

    • Providing asset management planning relating to client's facilities
    • Preparing planned maintenance schedules for all asset types
    • Coordination of contractors and service providers
    • Reporting, analysing and maintaining asset management systems
    • Working in unison with the Facilities Management team assisting with major and minor works
    • WHS accountabilities; toolbox talks, JSA, risk assessments, investigation and reporting
