Facilities Coordinator job availability

  • Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for work based out of Newcastle. This position will see you travelling to Singleton and Wollongong, with less frequent travel to Mudgee and Lithgow.

    Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

    • Assisting the Facilities Manager in day to day administration and management of all Properties to ensure they are compliant with legislation
    • Manage Contractors and Company staff
    • Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
    • Managing tasks from development to completion
    • Project managing all tasks with a high level of complexity
    • Understand and monitoring budgets

    To be successful for this position, you will be required to have:

    • Extensive experience in a similar position
    • Hands on site experience. Trade qualification (desirable)
    • The ability for extensive travel
    • Organisation and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills
