  • Programmed are currently seeking experienced Administration Assistants for a large transport and logistics company based in Berrinba (Logan Central).

    The Role:

    • Payroll, compliance and invoicing
    • Office / Clerical duties such as filing
    • Customer service over the phone and in person
    • Advanced use of Microsoft office
    • General housekeeping when required
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
    • Temp to perm opportunity

    What are we looking for?

    • Current and valid drivers license with reliable vehicle
    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office
    • Proven experience in a Transport / Logistics industry
    • Bubbly and outgoing personality
    • Ability to work independently and with a team
    • Safety conscious attitude
