E&S Trading "For Everything kitchen, bathroom and laundry" continues to expand and we are inviting people with the right Customer Service attitude to apply for a Sales Consultant position. Product knowledge and sales training are not critical as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided.
Sales Consultant based in the Preston Showroom
5 day week on a 7 Day trading roster: no late night opening
3 weekends out of 4, with 2 day off in the week
To understand our customers requirements
Provide specific professional advice and recommendations
Monitor the progress of customer orders to ensure their expectations are delivered
Ensure complete customer satisfaction post installation
You have a proven capacity to listen and understand customer requirements
You are confident making recommendations
You are proactive in quantifying issues and their resolution
You may come from a background in sales, customer service, front of house or you maybe a a trades person wishing to move into sales.
Importantly you must enjoy engaging and helping people.
