Emergency Call Centre job availability

  • Call Centre Agents needed for a busy 24/7 emergency call centre in Sydney CBD. Agents will work on a rotating roster on an ongoing casual contract.

    The role will see you be responsible for receiving inbound emergency calls and connecting them to an appropriate area of Emergency Services. You must be able to commit to a rotating roster particularly weekends and overnight shifts. Extensive training and ongoing support provided. 3 weeks training from 11 March 2019.

    Successful candidates will be able to meet the follow requirements:

    • Flexible availability
    • Be able to commit to a rotating roster of evening and night shifts (rostered fortnightly in advance)
    • Superior communication skills, active listening
    • Sound geographical knowledge of Australia
    • The ability to work under pressure
