Document Controller

• We are currently seeking a Document Controller for our client who is an engineering, equipment and solutions services provider to the mining industry.
  
  
  To be successful you will have:
  

  • Addressing document related queries with the client, project personnel and suppliers
  • Registering all incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Allocating both internal and client document number using unique metadata filters
  • Issuing and receiving transmittals to both clients and suppliers
  • Archiving and filing of documentation, electronically an physically
  • Uploading documents to client portals or websites
  • Assisting Engineers and Managers when require with additional tasks and enquires
