  • This telecommunications provider, based in the Eastern Suburbs requires 2 dispatch officers to join their growing team on an ongoing casual basis.

    These roles will involve dispatching technicians and overall communication in responding to immediate demands in the Utilities services area ensuring minimal customer impact and that all KPI objectives are achieved. Duties will include driving productivity and efficiency, procuring 3rd party goods and services on behalf of Field operations, performing fault call taking duties from customers, ensuring timely reporting and providing exceptional frontline customer service to all external and internal stakeholders. There will be a requirement to think logically, strategically and work well under pressure.

    You will have sound planning, scheduling and leadership capabilities and will ideally be competent with computerized maintenance management systems. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task several competing priorities at the same time and will be a proficient problem solver with solid Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel.

    Experience in Utilities, Telecommunications or similar would be well regarded

    Hours of work are 6am to 6pm, 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off. 7 days per week.
