Customer Service Sales Clerk - Mayfield location job availability

  • Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Clerk for work based out of Mayfield. Our client is a leading provider of aluminium products for the marine, industrial, commercial, domestic and designer applications.

    Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

    • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and face to face
    • Face to face sales and supply in the showroom, including upselling
    • Organising and maintaining stock in the showroom
    • Picking and packing orders as per customer requirements
    • Complete a variety of administrative duties including invoicing and raising purchase orders
    • Undertake any additional duties that are within your skill set and liaising with other departments & branches
    • Have a strong commitment to OHS as there will be lifting and carrying of materials involved

    To be successful for this position, you will be required to:

    • Have proven experience in a similar position
    • Have experience using Navision would be highly regarded
    • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written and outstanding time management capabilities
    • Have an enthusiastic attitude towards safety and procedures
