Customer Service Representative job availability

  • About the Role:

    Our client based in Woodville North is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an immediate start. This will be an ongoing casual role working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. We are looking for someone that is looking to commit to a long term position, and it could possibly have a view to permanency for the right candidate.

    Duties may include but are not limited to:

    • Keying orders - A high level of data entry
    • Answering the phone and customer service
    • Processing telephone and email orders
    • Invoice approvals
    • Setting up new products and item specifications
    • Processing over the counter sales
    • Filing and general admin duties

    Essential Criteria:

    • Proven recent experience in a Customer Service/Administrative role
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
    • Able to work under pressure and use your initiative
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
