    The Role

    I am recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join our client's packaging company located at Rocklea. This role will see you processing a high volume of sales orders in the ERP system. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.

    • Processing of orders (30%)
    • Customer Service (30%)
    • Forecasting and Stock Management (10%)
    • Account Management Support (10%)
    • Coordination of Complaints (10%)
    • Data Administration Activities (10%)

    The Candidate

    The successful candidate will have a proven ability with:

    • Out of the box B2B customer service in a fast-paced environment
    • Administration of multiple catalogued data entries, tracking and management queries
    • Packing/consumables order management in an ERP based environment (Preferred)
