Customer Service Officer - Call Centre job availability

  • ABOUT THE COMPANY
    Work with one of the world's largest provider of medical products in a fast paced and fun role in the Contact Centre team. This key Customer Service role will see you sitting within the largest team in the National Contact Centre. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of Customer Service to business's involved with my client.

    DUTIES
    Update and maintain client files on SAP
    Provide a high level of customer service to all clients
    Liaising with internal staff regarding stock levels etc.
    Work in a high volume contact centre environment
    Following up of enquires either over the phone or on email

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Experience in a high volume Call Centre Environment
    SAP Experience is required for this role
    Highly organised nature
    Ability to multitask
    High attention to detail
    Flexible and proactive nature
    Excellent written and verbal communication
