    An international company and a major leading brand in Australia are seeking numerous customer service officers to join their organisation. To be successful for this role, you must have the following skill sets:

    * Processing telephone orders
    * Investigating account enquiries and processing payments
    * Tracking deliveries and updating the customer
    * Experience in a fast paced call centre environment
    * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to trouble-shoot with customers
    * A friendly and helpful nature with a good sense of humour
    * Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure


    * Experience in a high volume customer service role
    * Strong communication both written and verbal
    * Friendly and team oriented nature
    * Ability to multitask
    * High attention to detail
