Customer Service Officer job availability

  • We are seeking a sales driven Customer Service Officer to join to our clients team based in Port Augusta South Australia.

    Duties will include:-
    Deal with incoming customer calls
    Set up new domestic or commercial accounts
    Manage all aspects of debtor control for customers
    Organise appliance enquiries, invoicing, ordering, and stocktake
    Process creditor's invoices

    You will need to poses:-
    An ability to prioritise, and effectively achieve deadlines
    Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with both internal, external clients and staff with a strong customer service focus
    Demonstrated relevant clerical and administrative experience
