Customer Service Officer job availability

  • This role is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Australian business who is one of the market leaders in there sector. This role sits within a busy customer service team which is key to the day to day running of their site. Located in Rosehill this is a rare opportunity for you to use your skills in a brilliant autonomous role. Hours will be by rotating roster starting from 5.30am.

    Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
    * Receive and process orders with high accuracy
    * Provide exceptional customer service
    * Processing telephone orders
    * Prepare quotations for clients
    * Managing supply to customers
    * General Adhoc duties where requested

    You will have the following:
    * Experience in SAP
    * Strong communication both written and verbal
    * Ability to multitask
    * High attention to detail
