Our Client is looking for a suitably qualified customer service officer to joint heir team in Dubbo.
About the role
You will have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships whilst providing exceptional customer service and accurate information to customers on our products, their specifications and prices within pricing guidelines. Based amongst our team in Dubbo, reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities would include;
*Providing efficient customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone and email to meet standards, maximise sales and promote customer confidence and loyalty
*Providing accurate quotes for customers and follow up on quotes to maximise sales opportunities
*Processing orders and adding them to our system
*Liaising with stakeholders and major processing centres to ensure effective supply to customers.
About your experience
We are looking for a customer-oriented team player with a proactive mindset and strong desire to succeed, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, internal sales skills, a great work ethic, good attention to detail and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following;
*Experience working in the building, construction or similar industry and/or experience working in a sales environment is an advantage
*Great networking skills to maintain positive relationships across the business and with regular customers across the area
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to apply an understanding of building practices and experience with construction drawings is preferred but may be gained on-the-job
*Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word) and other systems for processing orders.
