Customer Service Officer job availability

  • This client, in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Administration officer to join their small and growing team.

    This role is responsible for the end to end processing of all customer orders, from order receipt confirmations, uploading orders to the system, processing, despatch, returns, credits and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for following up on customer enquiries, managing equipment trials and loans, processing payments over the telephone and responding to general and delivery enquiries.

    You must have solid communication skills and be able to effectively prioritise orders. You will be a team player with an ability to show empathy, an ability to ask the right questions, be solutions focused and use your initiative.

    You will be an independent thinker, a self-starter and confident. You will have strong attention to detail and computer skills, preferably with SAP experience. The ability to work efficiently and accurately and to a deadline, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal (Logistics/Distribution, Sales and Accounts) and external stakeholders (customers) will be vital.

    Previous experience in a role where you are dealing with a large product base, with varying tasks, will be highly regarded.

    Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 10am-3pm, however flexibility is needed as hours may vary depending on workload.
