Customer Service Officer

• Our client is an extremely well known leading brand in Australia. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their fun and fast paced team.   Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Processing telephone orders (100+ calls per day)
  • Investigating account enquiries
  • Processing Customer payments
  • Tracking deliveries and updating the customer
  • Handling general day to day enquiries

  The Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a fast paced high volume call centre environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to trouble-shoot on the spot with customers
  • A friendly and helpful nature
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure
