Our client Mack's Office Furniture is a locally owned and operated business that has specialised in office furniture for the past 30 years. Well known for their product quality, flexibility and good old fashioned customer service, our client prides themselves on a stable and supportive workplace centred on their business values, customer service and culture!
This role is titled Customer Service & Delivery Officer to encompass the breadth of duties involved in the role. The main purpose of the role is to complete customer service, retail sales of business furniture and assist with the construction and delivery in to our client's commercial sites. Our client will provide full training for both sales and furniture construction, thus meaning previous experience whilst preferred is not essential.
