    PERSOLKELLY are recruitng for a Customer Service Coordinator - Administration All-rounder for a 15 month contract for a National Company based at Coomera.

    The role is a varied customer service role where you will be responsible for sales orders and inquiries for Queensland and general office administration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Input Motor / Kit / Parts Orders
    • Understand and answer queries relating to stock availability and pricing
    • Input and process sales orders and follow up with dealers and distribution procedures
    • Enter stock transfer details and complete all relevant comments
    • Update the system - data entry
    • Serial Number inquiries
    • Process backorders as stock arrive
    • Purchase Orders - Stock | Non-Stock
    • Reporting for Sales Team
    • General Administration as required

    Knowledge and Skills and Attibutes required -

    • Competent clerical skills
    • JDE Computer System or similar systems
    • Able to work well under pressure
    • Competent user of Microsoft Suite of products Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
