PERSOLKELLY are recruitng for a Customer Service Coordinator - Administration All-rounder for a 15 month contract for a National Company based at Coomera.
The role is a varied customer service role where you will be responsible for sales orders and inquiries for Queensland and general office administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Input Motor / Kit / Parts Orders
* Understand and answer queries relating to stock availability and pricing
* Input and process sales orders and follow up with dealers and distribution procedures
* Enter stock transfer details and complete all relevant comments
* Update the system - data entry
* Serial Number inquiries
* Process backorders as stock arrive
* Purchase Orders - Stock | Non-Stock
* Reporting for Sales Team
* General Administration as required
Knowledge and Skills and Attibutes required -
* Competent clerical skills
* JDE Computer System or similar systems
* Able to work well under pressure
* Competent user of Microsoft Suite of products Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
