Customer Service Consultant job availability

  • An opportunity has recently arisen for a Customer Service Consultant to join an organisation which is one of Australia's largest telco suppliers nationwide.

    They are seeking applications from reliable, enthusiastic and friendly candidates who are able to build good phone rapport and value add to their organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    Be the main point of contact with clientele, customers and stakeholders.
    Manage high volume inbound an outbound calls.
    Efficient time management in call resolution.
    Report information collated from clients in a formal and accurate manner.
    Accurate data entry skills while taking inbound and outbound calls.
    Reach KPI's.
    Ability to identify issues which may need to be escalated to management.

    Role Requirements:

    In order to be considered for this role it will be expected that you have had proven previous experience in a similar role, specifically having working knowledge of Software Packages - Maxim and other legacy systems i.e. Flexicab / Start / Axis, CEM, Emptor.
