Customer Service / Call Centre job availability


    Programmed in partnership with a Telecommunications client looking for a Customer Service / Call Centre to join their team in Prestons. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for general administration tasks and customer service skills supporting different teams.


    • Data entry
    • Reporting - use of excel. We need someone with sound knowledge of excel.
    • Phone calls
    • Ability to multi-task - taking phone calls, conduct investigations etc.
    • Punctual
    • Committed to this contract.


    • Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administration role
    • Good attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, act quickly and decisively.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
