Our client, a leading organisation in disaster recovery and restoration is currently searching for a Customer Service and Administration officer to join their team in an ongoing full time casual role.
Reporting into the Managing Director this role is responsible for the day to day management of the customer service functions and ensuring projects are managed, estimated and completed within KPI's set.
Main responsibilities include answering customer and operations over phone and email, assisting with the organisation and co-ordinator of sub-contractors, review project worksheets and create daily reports for customers, preparing reports, estimates and scope of work for customers, chasing up outstanding invoices and various other administrative duties as required.
To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate your Customer Service and Administration experience, preferably within the Insurance or related industry. You will have sound Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as good organisational skills.
