Customer Experience / Customer Service Representative job availability

  • This role will give you the opportunity to be part of a friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team focused on delivering outstanding customer service to all their clients.

    Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

    • strengthen and retain customer relationships
    • capturing data around customer feedback and being innovative
    • problem solving
    • providing extraordinary levels of customer service through troubleshooting, understanding individual needs and tailoring solutions as unique as your customers are
    • General administration duties
    • Communications with key stakeholders

    The Ideal candidate will have the following:

    • Ability to multi-task
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
    • Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
    • Customer-centric and empathetic approach with the ability to work under pressure
