Credit Controller job availability

  • Programmed are a leading provider of staffing, maintenance and facility management services. We directly employ more than 20,000 people across a broad range of industries to provide services for more than 10,000 customers, often under long-term contracts. We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join our busy Credit Team based in Burswood.

    To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

    • Minimum of 3 years credit collection experience
    • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills - with the ability to handle multiple tasks
    • High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
    • Good knowledge of different legal entities and credit verification process to ensure credit worthiness
    • Ability to work quickly and effectively through debtor's ledger, whilst identifying issues delaying payment and resolving or escalating appropriately
    • Motivated by achieving individual and team KPIs
    • Minimum of Intermediate standard of Microsoft Office Applications
    • Previous knowledge and use of accounting packages
    • Excellent reconciliation skills
