    PERSOLKELLY is seeking an experienced Corporate Registers Officer located at Logan Central. This role will see you coordinate requests for legal services, requests for quotes and requests for free legal advice.

    Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

    * Coordinate feedback on closed legal matters from internal clients and legal firms

    Undertake monthly account recharges in TechnologyOne.

    * Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on the Community Benefit Fund process and requirements under the policy, procedures and relevant legislation

    * Draft and send formal correspondence to applicants

    * Provide advice on governance aspects of local laws

    * Coordinate local law amendments and undertake the legislative local law making process, including liaising with stakeholders and drafting project plans, reports, community engagement messaging, state interest check correspondence and gazettal notices under the direction of the Corporate Registers Coordinator;

    * Undertake all administrative aspects in relation to the local law amendment process to ensure legislative requirements are met.

    * Coordinate amendments to corporate register documents.

    * Attend to enquiries from members of the public covering the operations of the Corporate Meetings and Registers Program and the Corporate Governance Branch.

    The successful applicant will possess the following:

    • Tertiary qualification (administration, business, law).

    • Looking for someone proactive and has knowledge corporate functions/ legal processes. Tertiary qualifications in law and a current practicing certificate would be highly regarded.

    • Experience using TechnologyOne is highly advantageous

    • Remain impartial and communicate with influence on sensitive/complex matters

    • Highly developed time management skills and attention to detail.
