    Our client, a Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is seeking a well presented and experienced corporate receptionist on a 3-month basis for their city based office.

    This is a reputable and leading organization requiring someone with high level of professionalism and recent experience within a corporate environment.

    Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

    The Role
    Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
    * Managing the reception desk - including: welcoming all guests and assisting them to sign in
    * Adhering to Covid safe procedures upon guest arrival
    * Manning a busy switchboard, handling customer inquiries and redirecting phone calls to the correct person / department
    * Assisting with parcel delivery
    * Maintain stock levels and tidiness of kitchens, meeting rooms, print areas and stationery cupboards.
    * Booking and setting up meeting rooms for training and conferences
    * General administration duties

    Experience Required
    * MUST have minimum 12 months RECENT experience as a corporate Receptionist
    * Immaculate Presentation
    * Ability to fully utilise Microsoft Office software packages
    * Excellent Customer service experience
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Takes a proactive approach
    * Highly organised
