  This reputable aged care facility is needing an experienced Aged Care Clinical Nurse to work 3 days a week in a CN role and 2 days as an RN on the floor.

  The Role
  
  - Assisting with staff training and development
  - Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements
  - Make sure the residents receive the highest level of clinical care
  - Making sure performance standards are met and maintained
  - Ensuring staffing levels are sufficient
  - Leading the team of care staff
  
  About you
  
  - Qualified Registered Nurse and Aged Care experience is a MUST
  - Management experience in a similar role (at least 2 years)
  - Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
  - Solid ACFI knowledge
  - Understanding of quality and legislation 
  - Current registration with AHPRA
  - Significant experience in Australia
  - Willing to work 3 days as CN and 2 days on the floor
