    Corporate Services Manager (Geelong)
     
    Brand new childcare centre with unprecedented new concept are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to support its development of childcare centre businesses in regional areas of Victoria. This new and exciting opportunity is a full-time position based in Geelong.
     
    Previous Experience:
    • Experience in human resource management and recruitment
    • Active experience in management of childcare centre and front office
    • Advanced knowledge of policies and procedures
    • Understanding of accounting and financial management
    • Sales and marketing execution and sales projection 
    • Business development and comfortable with negotiations and agreement preparation
    • Previous experience in liaising with stakeholders including lawyers, accountants, auditors, engineers is essential
    • Experience in dealing with international professionals 
    • Experience in education section and liaising with internal staff  including management and the board of Directors) 
     
    Duties and Responsibilities 
    • Lead and supervise a team of administration staffs to perform human resources functions such as staff recruitment, appraisal, promotion, termination and payroll management
    • Establish corporate structure, human resources strategy and execution plan to cater for the development of multiple childcare centres in multiple locations
    • Liaise with Government authorities, landlords, professionals, contractors etc. for childcare centres in different locations and under different development stages (e.g. in operation, under construction and under planning)
    • Develop general guidelines, handbooks, policies and procedures and maintain a database
    • Lead and supervise accounting team to establish bookkeeping system, arrange payroll (including superannuation and tax submission), monitor operating expenses and liaise with accountants and auditor
    • Manage capital structure, annual forecast and budgeting as well as funding arrangement of the company
    • Develop and maintain harmony and efficient working relationship with business partners from Finland
    • Good communication with shareholders and investors, speaking Mandarin is an advantage but not essential
    • Establish strategic business cooperation, partnerships or alliances with potential parties such as registered training organisations and other childcare centres
