We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support Centre Management within a shopping centre in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Working for our client, Melbourne's largest privately owned commercial agency, specialising in Asset Management, you will be assisting Centre Management with a broad range of Administrative duties on a day to day basis such as;
To be successful and effective in this role you will have exceptional organisation skills, strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and have the ability to maintain professionalism and assertiveness when dealing with a broad range of customer complaints.
Ideally you will have experience working within the Real Estate sector in an administrative capacity, or have the transferable skills you have gained in similar roles.
The ability to speak Vietnamese would be advantageous.
This position is a long term contract for the right person with an immediate start, Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am -2:30pm, with some overtime as required.
NB: If successful you will be required to obtain a Working with Children's Check and Criminal History Check
