This role will see you work afternoon, weekend and night shifts.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Working the night and weekend shifts this role will see you become an essential part of their processes and will see you directly responsible for ensuring the day to day operations run in an efficient manner.

    DUTIES

    • Process customer orders
    • Dealing with customer enquiries
    • Update and maintain client files on SAP
    • Provide a high level of customer service to all clients
    • Liaising with internal staff

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in a high volume Call Centre Environment
    • SAP Experience will be looked upon favourably
    • Highly organised nature
    • Ability to multitask
    • High attention to detail
    • Flexible and proactive nature
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
