  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service representative, in the BOC Call Centre in North Ryde.

    BOC is Australia's leading gas and welding specialists, offering gases, welding supplies and workplace safety and industrial equipment.

    The role:

    You will be the first point of contact to BOC customers nationwide. You will take high volume sales calls, go above and beyond and provide essential customer service to ensure customer satisfaction whilst building long term relationships and assist customers with account, invoice and order enquiries.

    The call centre hours are Monday to Friday. Short walk from North Ryde Metro station.

    About you:

    • Previous contact centre or customer service experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

    • The ability to work well as part of a team and meet KPIs

    • Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

    • Proficient in MS Office, good computer knowledge

    • Knowledge of SAP highly beneficial
