    The Role

    Our white collar specialist team, PERSOLKELLY are now offering an exciting career pathway for a Business Trainee to learn valuable skills and knowledge within a recruitment and administration support environment whilst obtaining a formal qualification.

    Upon successful completion of the specified competencies of the Traineeship, you will receive a recognised qualification, Certificate III in Business delivered over a twelve month term.

    This position will be based in our Burswood Head office, within close proximity to public transport.

    Your tasks and responsibilities may include:

    • Administration and Clerical Support
    • Database and Recruitment Support
    • Assist with Customer Management
    • Assist with Payroll Support ie timesheets and queries
    • Answering and directing telephone calls

    Skills and Experience

    In order to be considered, you will have the following;

    • Completion of Secondary Schooling to a Year 10 level (or equivalent)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Be well presented, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record
    • Desire to follow processes and
    • Desire to pursue a career in business, administration or recruitment / human resources, by having a willingness to learn and develop skills
    • Reliable transport
