Building & Asset Maintenance Officer job availability

  • Programmed Facility Management is leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.

    An exciting opportunity is now available for a Building and Asset Maintenance Officer to join our team based in Cockburn Central. Reporting to the Agency Relationship Manager, this role is responsible for delivering service excellence to our WA Agency contract ensuring all service specifications of the service agreement are delivered in a safe, timely and client desired manner, meeting quality standards. The role is also responsible for managing the delivery of the Maintenance Services Agreement to the Agency and ensuring the Services are being delivered in line with their requirements.

    In addition the successful individual will have the opportunity to assist with the implementation of sustainability initiatives and work closing with the team on projects to gain efficiencies on the contract.

    Skills and Experience:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a simliar role
    • Trade certificate desirable, subject to other relevant qualifications
    • Experience in software programs such as Navision, Maximo and Microsoft Access, highly desirable
    • Strong analytical and good problem solving skills
    • Excellent commercial acumen desirable
    • A team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative relationship builder
    • The ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a highly effective manner
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
