  • Fantastic opportunity for a bookkeeper who wants to work 2 - 3 days a week with flexible working hours. This business is a family run investment business, which is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

    Daily Tasks:

    Responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping function of the 3 main business entities. This includes tasks such as: cashflow management and reconciliation; monthly accounting / bookkeeping, BAS/PAYG draft preparation, preparation of reports including investment accounting reporting, payroll & reporting; liaison with external accountants and reporting.

    Experience with the following below:

    • Accounting: (management of bookkeeping functions, accounting systems, Xero data entry and management)
    • Tax: (submission of BAS/PAYG, liaison with external accountants, ATO)
    • Cashflow & Bank Reconciliation: (Cashflow management, reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards, forecasting
    • Payroll: (Data entry for employees, payment functions, pay runs)
    • General Administration (Filing, reception, general office administration)
    • Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks

    Looking for someone who is an experienced bookkeeper, who has worked for funds management, property or investment markets.
