    About your new role:

    • Undertakes evidence-based decision making in accordance with legislation

    • Delivers quality and responsive services to clients through the application of resources, policies, processes, systems and technologies

    • Responsible for the case-management of applications for financial assistance, including accurate record-keeping, and providing mentoring as required

    • Communicates effectively and creates trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders including other departmental business units and the non-government sector

    • Identifies and implements ways to continually improve services, though sharing and seeking creative ideas, suggestions and data to inform the effective delivery of services.

    About you:

    • Demonstrates respect and appreciation for legislation and policy frameworks by consistently operating to key standards

    • Upholds integrity through responsible management and use of processes and resources

    • Gains insight into issues by analysing the available information in a critical manner

    • Ability to acquire a knowledge of obligations to respect, protect and promote human rights in Queensland and apply that knowledge to this role.
