    Rewarding Aged Care Sales/Admissions role available, working for a well known Victorian based provider.

    The Role:
    We are seeking someone with a solid understanding of aged care (Financial Negotiations, Bond (RAD & DAPS) and Admission's to be the face of this facilities, fostering and building relationships with a range of stakeholders from social workers to community groups & government bodies and truly creating an outstanding customer experience. 

    This is a multi-site opportunity which will really broaden your scope of experience and challenge you to better yourself in your career.
    Your role will see you handling walk-ins, conducting tours of the facility, answering phone enquiries, communicating with families in regards to the RADs and DAPs and negotiating financials.

    Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills 
    • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated previous administrative experience in Aged Care
    • Demonstrated initiative and organisational skills 
    • Ability to work autonomously & within a multi-disciplinary team
    • Thorough understanding of the fees and charges applicable to residential aged care (RAD's & DAP's)
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters
    • Current Driver's Licence
