ADMINISTRATOR / DICTAPHONE TYPIST job availability

  • DONCASTER LOCATION
    9AM - 5.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

    Our client is a well-established Accountancy firm seeking a well-rounded Administrator to join their team. Located in Doncaster, you will be provided with a great work culture, stable employment and a supportive/fun environment.

    Your duties will include:
    - Primarily dictaphone typing (reports and newsletters)
    - Internet searches
    - Emailing newsletters to clients
    - Maintaining database of clients details
    - Mail merging
    - Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (Excel and Access can be trained)
    - Filing

    Do you have:
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Similar experience in a previous role
    - Experience with dictation
    - Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
    - Happy to learn Microsoft Excel and Access
    - Ability to work autonomously and within a team
    - Sound administrative skills; time management and organisation
