    PERSOKELLY is seeking an experienced Despatch Clerk for a National well-known company based in Rocklea. In this role you will have excellent customer service ability with administration experience in Transport and Logistics in a very busy environment.


    • 8am to 4pm - full time hours

    • Based at Rocklea

    • Temp ongoing - good rate of pay

    Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

    • Customer Service via face to face, contractors

    • Co-ordination of deliveries

    • General Administration support

    • Data Entry

    • Stock Control

    • Answering phone

    • Purchasing

    • Correspondence via email

    • Despatch of goods

    The successful applicant will possess the following:

    • Customer Service Administration

    • Transport | Logistics experience

    • SAP systems are desirable or ERP systems

    • Purchasing experience

    • Can do attitude and team player

    • Advanced computer skills, Microsoft word, excel and outlook

    • Good attention to detail on daily tasks

    • Time management and prioritising daily tasks
