  • We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer, to be based on the Gold Coast for an immediate start for part-time ongoing work. Our client offers participation in outdoor recreation, quality accommodation, facilities, meeting spaces, instructor-led activities

    About your new role:

    • Deliver quality services to clients, stakeholders and the community

    • Greeting customers on arrival and checking them in

    • Use, update and monitor relevant databases in line with departmental policies

    • Prepare, process and manage electronic and physical correspondence

    • Communicate effectively and create relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders

    About you:

    • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role

    • Excellent written and communication skills

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • A current Blue Card is required for this role
