Administrator job availability

    Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking an experienced administrator, living in Newman to work for our Client, a highly regarded employer within the mining sector on a 8 and 6 roster.
    Selection Criteria Include:
    * Great time management with an ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
    * Coordinate and maintain flights, accommodation & travel
    * Experience in administration
    * Assisting supervisors in meetings
    * Running Projects or organisation training
    * Performing an administration duty as required
    * 12.5-hour days
    Successful candidates must have the following:
    * Residential role to Newman only
    * Previous administration experience
    * Current DL
    * Be highly articulated with excellent attention to detail
    * Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    * Be a proactive thinker and able to work unsupervised and as a team
    * A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
    * Strong attention to detail
    * PowerPoint, outlook, excel, word and SAP experience
