    Our client based on Rottnest Island is looking for an Administrator who enjoys travelling and willing to commute to and from the island on a daily basis.

    Duties will include:

    • Release maintenance work orders, close work orders or reschedule work orders
    • Manage change and communication activities within the system
    • Liaising with internal and stakeholders
    • Scheduling, rostering and reporting
    • Organising accommodation and booking medical

    To be successful you will have

    • Meticulous attention to detail and data entry skills
    • Previous experience in a similar position with an understanding of scheduling work orders
    • Great communication skills, written and verbal
    • Ability to work within a team

    All travel expense to and from island by ferry are covered.
