Administrator job availability

  • Experienced Administrator required
    Our customer is looking for an experienced administrator for an short term assignment. The position will be fulltime hours, Monday to Friday and will require a safety-focused and motivated team player.

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    * Managing database
    * Scheduling orders
    * Data entry
    * Managing compliance for contractors, training and internal documents
    * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
    * Adding consignment notes
    * Inducting visitors to site
    * Answering phone calls and email communications
    * Working closely with management to assist with administration tasks
    * High level problem solving
    * Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable

    Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the successful candidate will:
    * Drivers licence with own transport
    * Be proficient in Microsoft Office
    * Strong communication skills
    * Time management skills
    * Capacity for working under high pressure at times
    * Previous experience in a similar role
    * Great eye for detail
    * Previous Accounts Payable and receivable experience advantageous
