Administration Officer – Finance job availability

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance - Administration Officer –to join our clients team located in Bears Lagoon. This role is key to the success of the business and as such, you will have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and meet strict deadlines.

    Your key responsibilities will involve:

    • Daily production and feed reporting.
    • Preparation of reports for end of month financials.
    • High volume data entry.
    • Generating invoices using SAP.
    • Assisting payroll in calculating time sheets.
    • Providing exceptional customer service.
    • General administration duties.

    To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and qualities:

    • A solid working history in administration.
    • Good working knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
