Administration Officer job availability

  • We are seeking friendly and reliable people for various roles based locally in the Mackay region. These roles include on-call short term roles as well as longer term roles.

    Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
    * Customer service and reception duties
    * Data entry
    * Operating a weighbridge
    * Conduct site inductions for site contractors and visitors
    * Purchasing, invoicing and maintenance of all purchasing records including invoicing and order tracking

    To succeed at this role, you will require:
    * Good communication skills
    * 2 years' experience in administration and logistics operations
    * A proven track record of reliability
    * Excellent computer skills
    * Exceptional organizing and time management skills
    * A keen eye for detail
