    Our client, a rapidly growing regional FMCG organisation, is seeking an Administration Officer to join their well-established team. With a focus on quality, our client produces products that are stocked in Woolworths, Coles and Aldi along with smaller suppliers across Australia.

    A typical day for the successful person will involve:

    • Checking and responding to email and fax orders in a timely manner.
    • High volume data entry.
    • Generating invoices using MYOB.
    • Booking freight orders and calculating dispatch times and truck numbers.
    • Communicating regularly with both internal and external stakeholders.

    To succeed in this fast-paced position you will possess the following skills and attributes:

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
    • Willingness and ability to adapt to change.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
    • Experience using MYOB would be advantageous.
