Administration Clerk job availability

  • Our valued client are seeking an Administration/ Accounts Clerk to start full-time work immediately. The role is based on the south-side of Brisbane working for a major leader in the rail industry within Queensland. The role will be for an initial duration of six months with the possibility of permanent employment of the right person

    Responsibilities

    • General Administrative tasks

    • Payroll- entering timesheets into SAP

    • Ordering

    • Safety- oversee compliance and records are maintained

    • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required

    Requirements

    • Previous knowledge of SAP

    • Strong written and communication skills

    • Knowledge of accounts

    • Analytical and problem solving skills
