    About the company:
    Our client is a market leader in their field, supplying many of Victoria’s leading domestic home building firms. They are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment to join their team.

    About the role:

    This will be a high-volume, customer-centric role which will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

    • First point of contact for customer service both over the phone and via email.
    • High volume data entry.
    • Processing a high number of customer orders for the manufacturing and delivery of goods.
    • Working within a team to achieve solid business outcomes.
    • Starting early and finishing early (7.30am – 3.36pm), perfect for school pick-ups.

    About you:

    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage high volumes of emails and paperwork.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently and within a team.
    • Solid computer skills including email and word processing
